Reservations are not handled here. aw-game.com takes no bookings, holds no rooms, quotes no rates and has no access to any hotel's availability system. For anything involving an actual stay — dates, deposits, cancellations, a request about a room you have already booked — contact the property directly or the agent you booked through.

Most messages get a reply within a few working days. Corrections that come with a source are usually the fastest to process.
